Produced through crowd funding via Kickstarter, this madness-filled short film by Masaaki Yuasa, the creator of Mind Game, is a love story between two people who each have a secret to hide. One is a pro-wrestler, the other a nun. Their encounter in the ring sparks magical moments and, as the filmmakers put it, “Losing never felt this good.”

Japan. 2013. 12 min. BD, in Japanese with English subtitles.

Selected for the Short Film Competition for the Annecy International Animation Film Festival
