In this lesson of Waku Waku Japanese, Konomi teaches some new common phrases that you can use with your friends and co-workers.

otsukare sama desu – used to express consideration towards others; shows attention for their good work
mottainai- a sense of regret concerning waste

So use these words when leaving the office or when you see someone making a waste of something.
