Note: you’re not taking a job away from a videographer, or giving your couples a half baked photography coverage. It is possible to do both well.
I say that you’re not taking a job away from a videographer, because if a couple is very serious about video, they’ll hire someone to make a more extended video from the day, and not just the 3-4 minute highlight video you’ll learn to create.
This is simply something that’s very valuable, and very easy to up sell.
I truly believe that the videos you will learn to create are as important as photography coverage, and it’s a bit of a shame when couples don’t go for it.
