hey what’s up Pat Petrillo here coming to you from the Dromio comm facility I’m going to show you an excellent double stroke roll exercise now we all want better double stroke rolls and this is

going to help improve your facility using five stroke rolls nine stroke rolls and six stroke rolls here’s the exercise so as you can see this exercise really gets the rolls going from hand to

hand which is really going to help your dexterity and your coordination let’s try it faster that’s a lot of fun and you can really utilize this on the drumset too for soloing and putting the

accents around the Tom’s so if you had a pee for practice pad you can take this to another level by moving some of the accents to the different surfaces of the pad check this out
