My Rate of Singing Improvement is Accelerating

One of the most pleasantly surprising results of all my hard work with vocal training for my own voice over these past several years is that instead of my rate of improvement slowing as I get better, it’s actually ACCELERATING!

Why is this? Well, it’s because I’m getting SMARTER at training my voice. Here’s a few reasons as to why:

1. I’ve learned to pay closer attention to how things FEEL instead of how they sound.

2. I use better piano scales more appropriate to the exercises I do.

3. My collection of exercises is better suited to the singing problems I’m trying to address and improve.

4. I don’t waste my time on singing exercises that don’t produce results.

5. I’m much better at self-diagnosing my singing problems and then designing the appropriate workout solutions to make the necessary improvements.

And I now do all this without private lessons. I’m improving much faster now without private voice lessons than I did when I was taking them. You can too!
